Who can come for counselling?
Anyone who is feeling stuck in a life situation or has to cope with a life issue can reach out to a counsellor . It is also for people with mental health conditions.
Is there an age criteria for counselling?
Anyone above the age of 18 can have a counselling session on their own free will. In case of a minor, a written consent from the parent/guardian is required.
What is the duration of a session?
A session is an hour long.
Will I see changes immediately?
Changes can be seen based on how you implement the suggestions given during the session. Counselling gives you guidelines and suggestions but to see the actual change, you have work on the same in your daily life.
How many sessions do I need?
It would be decided upon on need basis. A minimum of 3 to 4 sessions would be required to make progress
Do I have to fix an appointment prior to the session?
Yes, a prior appointment needs to taken before the session. Walk ins are not entertained.
